Lavender

Lavender is widely used for it’s calming & relaxing qualities. Linalool is the main chemical constituent that stimulates our parasympathetic nervous system, hence why it is so calming and great for reducing anxiety and muscle tension. Lavender is an antihistamine, so it is great for supporting allergies, bites, and bee stings. It also soothes skin irritations such as cuts, scrapes, and burns.

Lemon

Lemon is a powerful detoxifier and cleanser of the body and home. It aids in digestion, lymphatic drainage, and respiratory function. It helps increase focus and improve mood. As well as all that, it also helps ward off free radicals, as it is an antioxidant. Warning- do not go out in the sun up to 12 hours post using citrus oils.

Oregano

Oregano is antiviral and antibacterial, making it one of nature’s natural antibiotics. Studies have shown the main chemical constituent carvacrol to inhibit the growth of E.Coli. This is also a great oil to help support your immune system during seasonal threats. It is a “hot” oil so be sure to dilute with a carrier oil before applying topically.
